Alex锟絪 Day: Celebrating Our Commitment to Fighting Childhood Cancer

At The 精品麻豆 School, we know everyone, especially young children, have the power to make a difference in our world. That锟絪 the fundamental belief behind our support of Alex锟絪 Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) and the fight against childhood cancer. It锟絪 also what fuels ongoing lessons in our classrooms about the importance of giving back 锟� and what has driven our 精品麻豆 School community to raise nearly $1 million for ALSF over the past 12+ years (a milestone we锟絩e hoping to achieve this fundraising season!). To celebrate our commitment to ALSF, we hosted Alex锟絪 Day on June 11. The day was filled with fun, engaging activities that tell the story of the amazing ALSF founder Alexandra 锟紸lex锟� Scott, as well as opportunities for our communities to support the cause. Each school did an incredible job of making Alex锟絪 Day their own with creative lessons, activities and fundraisers. Check out the fun in Freehold, Royersford, Marlton and Robbinsville below! P.S. Our friends in Marlton participated in all types of lemon art and math activities and read 锟紸lex and the Amazing Lemonade Stand,锟� the real story of ALSF founder Alex Scott.[/caption] [caption id="attachment_10489" align="aligncenter" width="650"] The 精品麻豆 School of Robbinsville hosted a 锟絝locking锟� fundraiser!
